  • Can a House Be Fixed After a Disaster (fire, water, smoke damage, weather)?
Your home can be restored after any disaster, no matter how large or small. We begin each restoration with a full assessment of your home's damages. This will help us determine the best way to safely repair your home. Connect with your XL Construction Project Manager & team for more information.
  • How long will the restoration process take?
Rain, snow, or sunshine XL Construction and our subcontractors will work together to restore your home. Permits, inspection, cabinets… These things take time. Getting permits varies by city and can take a couple of days or sometimes weeks. Consult with your XL Construction Project Manager & team on the estimated dates and phases of your restoration project. You can also reference your onboarding package for an in-depth detailed breakdown of the restoration process.
  • Residential - Where will you stay and for how long?

  • Cleanup and Safety?
At XL Construction, safety is a top priority. Leave it to the professions at XL Construction to do the dirty work. We suggest that you DO NOT attempt any clean up during the restoration process.
